I’m Rachael, founder of Rachael’s Web Works. My butterfly logo isn’t just a pretty design; it represents transformation. With the right visibility, every business can take flight and become a trusted name in its community.
How It Started
In 2018, I launched Rachael’s Web Works as a Virtual Assistant service, helping local entrepreneurs stay organized. Again and again, I noticed a problem: hardworking business owners weren’t showing up on Google. Without online visibility, they were missing out on new customers.
From Virtual Assistant to SEO Specialist
That realization shifted my mission. I transitioned into Local SEO and Google Business Profile optimization, earning certificates from Google My Business and HubSpot SEO. Over time, I built a process that’s clear, repeatable, and results-driven.
My Small Business Roots
My connection to small businesses goes back to the late 1990s, when my late husband and I owned a portrait studio in Social Circle, Georgia. I know the pride of serving customers, the challenges of slow seasons, and the resilience it takes to keep going. Those lessons continue to shape how I help small-town businesses today.
What I Offer
At Rachael’s Web Works, I focus on three core services:
Google Business Profile Optimization – Fine-tuning your profile so you appear when customers are ready to call or visit.
Local SEO Strategy & Audits – A tailored blueprint that shows exactly what to fix and where to focus.
Reputation Management & Review Growth – Collecting authentic reviews that build trust and attract new customers.
I call this the Local Visibility Blueprint: a straightforward framework designed for steady growth in small towns like Madison.
Why I’m Different
I’ve been in your shoes. I understand how overwhelming marketing can feel when all you want is for your phone to ring and your door to open. That’s why my approach is simple, client-friendly, and focused on outcomes, not fluff.
Let’s Build Your Visibility
Just like a butterfly emerging with wings, I want your business to rise with confidence and be found by the customers who need you most. If you’re ready to stop blending in and start standing out, let’s talk.
